Nous avons passé un super séjour dans le logement de Remy à Playa del Carmen. L'emplacement était absolument parfait : tout près de tout, tout en étant confortable et intime. L'appartement était magnifique, propre, spacieux et exactement ce que nous espérions.
Remy a été un hôte génial et il a toujours été facile de le joindre chaque fois que nous avions une question. Il a été sympathique, serviable et a rendu toute l'expérience très fluide, de l'arrivée au départ. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié d'avoir accès à son concierge, Alex, qui nous a aidés à organiser les courses, les transports et un chef privé avant notre arrivée.
Nous avons passé un super moment ici, et cela a été l'endroit idéal pour passer la première partie de notre voyage d'anniversaire. Nous reviendrions absolument séjourner ici et recommandons vivement le logement de Remy à tous ceux qui visitent Playa del Carmen !

Remy a été un hôte exceptionnel, très réactif et sympathique, qui se surpasse et est facilement joignable pour toute aide nécessaire. L'emplacement est privilégié, à proximité des principaux restaurants et des divertissements de PDC. On s'y sent très en sécurité. Ce séjour est certainement adapté aux adultes en raison des nombreux escaliers et des bruits environnants, comme mentionné. Les chambres à l'étage étaient spacieuses, mais peut-être qu'une personne seule peut utiliser la chambre du rez-de-chaussée. Merci de nous avoir accueillis !

My husband and I had a great stay. Everything was private, all you needed to bring was the vibes. It’s very loud and lively every day. The host was very helpful and friendly. Most importantly we felt safe. I definitely recommend.

Lo mejor del departamento es la ubicación, ya que esta sobre la quinta avenida, es muy bonito y el area de la alberca muy cómoda con una increíble vista, sin embargo éramos 12 personas y considero que para un grupo grande puede sentirse algo pequeño el lugar. De ahí en fuera, todo estuvo increíble, si volvería a reservar aquí.

Great location for our family of 7 and 2 infants, noise from the area was not bad at all only if you’re on the roof. We enjoyed the pool and the ocean view so much.

Nos quedamos aquí dos noches y la verdad lo disfrutamos mucho. La ubicación es excelente, cerca de varios lugares y restaurantes. La terraza es muy bonita y la piscina privada le da un plus perfecto para relajarse. También cuentan con sillas y sombrillas para la playa, lo cual es un gran detalle aunque nosotros no las utilizamos. El lugar nos encantó y definitivamente lo recomiendo. Solo a considerar: hay una cantina al lado, así que puede haber ruido por la noche. En nuestro caso no fue problema porque llegábamos tarde, pero si eres sensible al ruido, quizá no sea la mejor opción. Como sugerencia, mejoraría la presión del agua en las duchas, ya que sale muy poca. Fuera de eso, sin duda volveríamos. Muchas gracias!

Place was nice and in a good location if you like to party and dont mind the surrounding bars and clubs. rooftop pool was definitely a plus.

Very beautiful place and it’s located in a very convenient location. The rooftop pool was a dream and the rooms had many places to sleep. The trip would not have been as good if it wasn’t for the Airbnb and the AC helped us combat the heat.

Stunning property and location! Remy and his team were quite responsive to all concerns, which were minor. The location is excellent within steps to amazing food, drinks, and nightlife. The rooftop with pool and privacy was the selling point for me, and this was the crown jewel of the property. The rooftop had a lovely Infinity pool with views of the amazing blue Caribbean Sea. There was adequate privacy as well as areas of sun and shade. I would happily return to this property!

Great place to stay. Very walkable. It is in fifth avenue so as expected it may be loud sometimes but it was just right for us.

The property was in a great location, literally in the center of everything. Restaurants were a matter of feet away, bars, and only a couple blocks from the beach. The home was clean and comfortable, and the rooftop was the perfect place to start the morning to watch the sunrise over the ocean.
The noise mentioned in other comments is definitely a thing, you’re directly across from a karaoke type bar. We used a white noise app on our phones and that helped tremendously.

We had a very pleasant stay overall. The apartment is beautiful, well designed, and very well located, and we truly enjoyed our time there. At the beginning of the stay, there were a few small things that needed to be addressed, but the host responded very quickly, professionally, and with excellent communication. We especially appreciated the host’s approach and effort to resolve everything promptly and fairly, which greatly contributed to a positive overall experience. Because of this, we are happy to focus mainly on the many positive aspects of the stay and would gladly consider returning in the future.

Remy was both responsive and welcoming. This home is very beautiful and I’m a good location of food, drinks, liquor stores, desserts, clothing stores, souvenir shops, beach front, and so much more! 10/10 recommend!

Literally in the heart of the fun with a great rooftop view of the ocean. The place itself is beautiful. My husband and I really enjoyed it.

Loved Remy’s apartment. It was clean, beautiful, and looked exactly like the pictures. Remy was an excellent host, provided all necessary information and was always responsive. Important to note however is that the apartment is located in the thick of things, so to speak, so probably not ideal if you are an early to bed person. If, on the other hand, you plan on enjoying the Playa nightlife, this place is perfect.

Solid stay! It is in a pretty rowdy spot on fifth and the pictures are hard to beat but you may find it to feel slightly smaller living spaces than anticipated (everything worked and master bedrooms were big), but also for the price and easy access to high energy stay in playa it is as described and was very clean...

Remy is the Man!! Accommodated all our requests and was just a pleasure to talk to in general. Gave us all the best recommendations and took good care of us!! Couldn’t recommend his place more!

Our stay at Remy’s place was overall very enjoyable. The view is breathtaking and the space was comfortable for our group. While we encountered a few issues at the beginning, Remy immediately stepped in and was able to rectify them with professionalism and care. His responsiveness and willingness to make things right stood out to us. We’d definitely recommend his place!

This is where you want to stay in Playa Del Carmen to be part of the action! The night life here is so fun, and this rental is walkable to everything you would want. It’s super clean and spacious and the rooftop pool is a delight to come home to. The noise of 5th Ave gets loud at night so it’s not for you if you go to bed early or have small kids- bring ear plugs! But if you want luxury right in the middle of the action, rent from Remy!!

Such a beautiful place to be able to see the city! We stayed for about a week and it was the best stay. The private pool on the roof was an incredible place to hangout and a nice tanning area. Was great to have a washer. Really easy to navigate from the location. The passcodes to both doors were nice to have. Overall an incredible place to be and would love to return if back in gorgeous Playa Del Carmen!

Would most definitely recommend anyone Remys place. Specifically if your first time. You are in the heart of it all and everything is steps and blocks away. Food, stores, bars, beach everything! All other services are accommodated to that area. It’s all about location, location location. And not only location, but the place was spectacular and even though it was right in the center of it all it felt like you were somewhat else as soon as you started entering the place. That had a lot of attention to detail those clean smelled great. Everything worked properly. I cannot recommend this place enough thank you Remi for everything. Our family had a great time. Hope to go back soon to Cancun and to experience it again and your beautiful home. To whoever goes, you’ll have a great time but as well, a great stay.

Stay here every time I visit the area. Remy’s place is the only place to stay. Near the ocean, 5th avenue, and great restaurants around. From the rooftop pool to the location. Nothing is better if you want to enjoy the entertainment. It gets loud on 5th avenue, but with the back bedroom you can’t hear anything.

Remy’s Place was perfect! The private rooftop pool really made the place feel like a vacation oasis! He was always so quick to respond! Very accommodating! Sent cleaner free of charge to tidy things up while we were out! Great area only downside is at night it’s very loud so if you’re there to sleep/ rest it’s not the right location. Although a pair of earplugs can help that really quick! We loved the place, would stay again!!! Thank you for a memorable trip!!

We loved our stay ,the host was amazing!
The roof top pool and location were absolutely amazing! We had a small issue with the stove not working and they replaced the entire stove within about an hour. It was a beautiful condo and the rooftop pool and views were breathtaking.
It is a little loud but nothing earplugs and a sound machine couldn’t handle. I don’t have anything else negative to say about this location.

Loved staying here! It was in a bag spot right in the center of everything. The decor is amazing & such an amazing patio/outdoor pool. It was hard to find & slightly loud but that's because you were by the downtown which is a great area but can get loud at night.

If you are looking to be downtown and enjoy the nightlife then this is your place. Everything stays open until approx 3am. Don’t forget to enjoy the private pool on the rooftop

Remy and his team were fantastic. They went above and beyond for a smooth confirmation and check in as well as everything that followed even though we had a very last minute reservation and check in (they were given a few hours from reservation to check in). Mari is like sunshine and made everything easy and stress free for us.

THE LOCATION WAS AMAZING!!! We struggled a bit with taking our luggage upstairs but managed the location is walkable to the beat restaurants, plazas, and bars such as coco bongo, salads de despecho, and mandala! The host was always accessible and super responsive, home was beautiful! 100/100

Remy was absolutely wonderful as a host. He was very communicative, responsive and super friendly. There was a blip when I was checking in as the keypad was extremely dark and I had no idea the numbers on it lit up after pressing on it. It looked like a basic black door knob. He also didn’t give explicit instructions on how to use it so I had to figure out for myself that you have to press the # button after entering the code. The space is beautiful and exactly like the photos. If you are wanting a place for sleep, however, I don’t recommend staying here. I barely slept the entire 4 days I was there as the crowd outside partied till around 4am every night. Not at all Remy’s fault, but people should be forewarned that the noise & thumping of loud music makes it feel like a nightclub ALL hours of the night making it extremely difficult to sleep. Perhaps bring ear plugs or a noise machine. Again, everything else was wonderful, nice spacious bathrooms and the rooftop area was superb!

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in Playa dem Carmen. Die Unterkunft von Remy hat unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen. Eine sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung, zentral gelegen mit sehr vielen Möglichkeiten. Zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Meter. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gute Restaurants zum Frühstücken und Abendessen gibt es in der näheren Umgebung. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch der Pool auf dem Dach mit Blick aufs Meer. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder hierher.

This place was beyond perfect! From the very beginning, Remy was responsive and even alowed us to check in 2 hours early We were here for our wedding and we were so delighted to have a complementary rose pedal arrangement In the hallway and leading up to the bed We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful, clean house in the best location Also the pool was awesome!

We arrived the day before Hurricane Beryl and Remy made sure the house was secured with boards on the windows. He also kept us informed about the hurricane. When the storm stayed stronger than expected, he told us that we could go to a shelter. We were safe and sound in our house and we did not lose electricity. Remy checked on us first thing in the morning. You will be in great hands with Remy! :)

Place is in a great location. Can be a bit noisy if you plan on sleeping early but if you plan on staying out late and sleeping late, then there is no better location. Remy is fantastic to deal with. This was an amazing place to stay, RIGHT in the middle of ALL the action in Playa Del Carmen. You can walk less than 2 minutes to some great restaurants and bars. Make sure upon arrival you follow the instructions that are sent to you. It’s about a 3 minute walk down a street that doesn’t allow for driving (walking street only), and then a narrow staircase to enter the apartment (I recommend packing light!) If you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing vacation or have early activities keep in mind that the noise from the street is no joke. We did have to get ear plugs to sleep in the bedroom on the main floor and the master. I wish I had known this prior to booking, so I wanted to mention in the review so that others are aware. I had not seen this in previous reviews and Remy stated that it wasn’t an issue for prior guests. Other than the noise for us, the place was fabulous! It looks exactly like the pictures. Remy was always responsive and accommodating to our needs.

Our family of 5 stayed at Remy’s penthouse for 10 days. Once we entered, I was very pleased with the cleanliness and decor. All the bedrooms were beautiful with comfortable bedding. The kitchen had all the essentials needed for cooking. We didn’t do much of that because of the proximity to the best restaurants. Being directly on 5th Ave was such a convenience. The bonus was the private rooftop lounging area and pool. We took some great pictures up there. Lastly, Remy is a great host who is extremely responsive and helpful. Don’t hesitate to book this beautiful gem!

Remy was 100% helpful and friendly. The PH was AMAZING, we were a family of 12 with 2 kids and were very comfortable. PH is right on 5th avenue in front of Sonora Stake and made it very easy to go anywhere. Remy kept following up with us and was very responsive. This is by far one of the best properties I’ve stayed in. Beautiful decor and interiors. It’s right where the action is, 5th ave. Remy was the perfect host too. Very responsive and helpful. He let us do an early check in and was kind enough to let us do a late check out! The highlight of the house is the infinity pool on the terrace with magnificent views of the Gulf of Mexico. You don’t need to go to a cenote when you have one in the house already! 😉7 star property. Would highly recommend it.
