L'hébergement a parfaitement répondu à nos attentes. Nous étions un groupe de 9 adultes et 2 enfants, et l'espace était suffisant tout en préservant l'intimité de chacun. Les 3 salles de bain complètes nous ont permis de nous préparer facilement et rapidement. Nous avons fait nos courses à Chedraui, à 15 minutes à pied, et préparé nos petits-déjeuners et dîners pendant les 4 jours de notre séjour. Nous avons également profité de la piscine, de la plage et de Quinta Avenida, toutes deux situées à proximité. Nos seuls problèmes concernaient internet et les prises électriques, qui étaient hors service (le disjoncteur avait sauté). Mais le personnel nous a dépannés. Personnellement, je recommande vivement cet hébergement et j'y retournerais sans hésiter. 😉

Excellent hébergement, tout est tel qu'il apparaît sur les photos, l'hôte est très agréable et sympathique à tout moment.

Remy condo is a walking distance to shopping, restaurants and bars. The condo is nice, easy to get there and has parking. There is an spa on the terrace. The bathrooms and bedrooms are spacious. My group of family enjoyed our stay at Remy's Condo.

El alojamiento es tal y como lo esperábamos. La Zona donde se ubica está muy accesible, turística, tranquila, bonita y segura. Tenías muchas farmacias, tiendas y restaurantes para cubrir todas nuestras necesidades. Viajamos en grupo familiar de 7 personas (3 adultos mayores) y nos pudimos acomodar perfectamente en el departamento. Es bastante espacioso y cómodo. El pequeño inconveniente que le vimos para ellos, es que no tenía ascensor y les tocó subir y bajar escaleras. Tanto Remy como su personal siempre tuvieron la mejor disposición para ayudarnos y resolver nuestras dudas. Agradecemos mucho esta fantástica semana que tuvimos en Playa de Carmen en este alojamiento.

Es una ubicación inmejorable, el único detalle fue el calor excesivo del estacionamiento que la ser un lugar cerrado era impresionante, fuera de eso, estuvo bastante bien el alojamiento. muy amplio y bien distribuido, se disfruta mucho. Sin mencionar la ubicación tan cerca de todo.

Alojamiento con excelente ubicación

Sin duda la ubicación es excelente. Todo está a 5 minutos a pie. Nos faltaron más días para disfrutar de todo lo que ofrece Playa del Carmen.

Es un excelente alojamiento para familias, la pasamos de maravilla y Remy siempre estuvo al pendiente, el lugar es bastante cómodo, por supuesto que volvería sin dudarlo.

We had a wonderful stay at Remy’s place. Remy was a fantastic host — very responsive, helpful, and attentive throughout our visit. The penthouse was spacious, comfortable, and exactly as described. The beds were very comfortable, and the space felt relaxing and easy to enjoy. The shared pool was beautiful and the kids absolutely loved it. We also really enjoyed the small private pool, which was perfect for relaxing. The location is excellent, with many restaurants, shops, and the beach all within walking distance, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I noticed that some previous reviews mentioned the water pressure, but it wasn’t an issue for us. It’s also helpful to remember that this is Mexico, where water pressure can naturally be a little different. Oh and having a washer and dryer was a plus! Thank you Remy.

We were a family of seven adults, a toddler, and an infant, and stayed in this penthouse apartment in Playa del Carmen from January 27 through February 2, 2026. The penthouse was perfect for us. It is centrally located, close to shopping—including a beautiful high-end mall—restaurants for every taste and budget, and within walking distance of the beach and the ferry (Embarcadero) to Cozumel and other destinations. A taxi stand is just around the corner, and several parking garages are nearby, including one in the same building. The apartment has two floors. The main floor features a spacious living and kitchen area, plus two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. A circular staircase leads to a third bedroom and bathroom with a floor-to-ceiling window overlooking lush greenery. There is also a balcony with a private pool, perfect for sitting and enjoying the sunset. Remy, the host, is very attentive and responsive. He coordinated our arrival and departure perfectly. Great place to stay!

El alojamiento es perfecto para 8 personas. Remy, fue super amable en todo momento lo super recomiendo.

A cobertura está muito bem localizada, próxima ao Ferry boat e de bares e restaurantes. O apartamento é amplo, as roupas de cama e toalhas de primeira linha. Alguns dúvidas como o uso da máquina de lavar e das televisões foram prontamente atendidos por Remy que se mostrou um ótimo anfitrião, atendendo as nossas solicitações. O apartamento atendeu bem a nossa família e amigos, havendo pequenos detalhes como a altura do chuveiro e a ausência de blackout na suite superior que não chegaram a atrapalhar a hospedagem. Certamente voltaria a me hospedar ali.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour! La communication avec Remy était facile et efficace. Nous étions une famille de 4 adultes & 4 enfants, nous avons trouvé le logement parfait pour nos besoins. Près du centre, bien situé et sécuritaire Le logement était très propre à notre arrivée et tout était conforme à la description. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter !

it was an amazing penthouse, well managed, and in a very convenient location close to all the restaurants and beach. Remy was very kind and even provided complimentary housekeeping with fresh towels. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again.
